The objective of CrossFit is to improve your fitness condition and your quality of life. You should also know that has important health benefits in diseases, such as diabetes, osteoporosis, loss of muscle mass, cardio vascular or cardio respiratory problems, joint problems, etc.

Each of our classes is designed to learn, evolve and improve. Your evolution will always be progressive and having the correct technique you will be able to improve your performance avoiding any injuries.

WOD stands for Workout of the Day and is led by one (or more) coaches.

At the beginning of each WOD your coach takes you through a brief warm-up, mobility drills, and skills training. Every day CrossFit  training programs change based on specific programming and planning in order to structure and ensure evolution in weightlifting, gymnastics, strength, mobility and conditioning.

Cross Fit aims to improve all general physical skills (10) resulting in increased energy to live your life to the fullest:

  • Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance
  • Stamina
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Power
  • Speed
  • Coordination
  • Agility
  • Balance
  • Accuracy

Before each WOD you are required to sign up and you can do so through Booking or at our reception desk at least one day prior to preferred class.

Beginner
Whether you have some fitness experience or not, you can join this course starting from simple exercises which by the time become more complex.  Regardless your age, profession and background, you will be able to improve your fitness status and with consistency in training, no doubt, you will get physical and visible results.

Advanced
This class is designed for athletes either interested in competing or for those who have been involved in Cross Fit for long, have mastered the most basic skills, and wish to “raise the bar”  and test themselves in more demanding WODs. 

Team Workout
Every Saturday morning we get together to do a different and community Cross Fit workout. It can be outdoors or indoors, weightlifting, gymnastics, or a longer Cross Fit session.It’s about group training and teamwork.
